Boy am I Ever Glad...

...I've learned to carry my camera with me everywhere! I went to make sure Ace was asleep for his morning nap, and this is what I found...Yep, he's sound asleep...sitting up.

Typically, Ace is out as soon as his head hits the mattress in the morning. He loves his morning nap and would sleep for three hours if I let him. Yesterday, though, Mace left for work right before I put Ace down, and Ace was pretty hyped - up when I put him in his crib. I heard him fussing on the monitor, but after about 15 minutes, he was quiet and I went to check on him. It's probably the funniest thing I've ever seen him do...

I really hope this isn't one of those, "you had to be there" kind of things!

And probably one of the sweetest...

Don't worry...I layed him down after I got the pictures. He laughed in his sleep when I sat him up...what a goof ball.

Later in the day, I was on the phone with my mom and heard a "donk" on our coffee table...I thought he had knocked his head on the edge like he usually does, but nope...not this time.

He was literally grabbing for this compact...

We laugh so much around here!
