Take Me to Your Leader

First-born.  Leader of the "pack."  Blazing trails, bridging gaps, seeking and finding, and letting go.  Never settling.  Non-complacent.  Wise.  Determined to excel at what he is Called to do. Teacher, leader, student, friend, brother, son, father, and husband.  Committed, dependable, faithful.  Never content with mediocre.  Consistently growing leaps and bounds in his marriage, fatherhood, profession, maturity, and health.  Always becoming the best daddy and husband he can be in Christ.  You could pretty much build anything and it would be amazing.  And, we mustn't overlook your love of eight o'clock coffee, baseball/softball, Seinfield, Everybody Loves Raymond,  Debbie's beef-wrapped chicken, chips and salsa, Top Gear...and so much more.  Follower of "doctors orders."  Paving the way for those who are coming behind him and along side him.  Straightforward, no bull, brutally honest.  Best oldest brother.  Inspiring and humble.  For the Work you do, the person you are, the person you are becoming, and for showing us we can live differently and can do more than just cope with our nature/nurture, I am forever grateful.  You are a hero of many.
