T - 18 weeks...

How Far Along: 22 Weeks

Size of baby: 8 inches and a whopping 1 pound!   The size of a spaghetti squash...um, really?  Those are huge!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 23 pounds.  When I first typed that, it came out as "3" pounds. HAHA!

Maternity Clothes: Ok, I started out with Ace at 131, and with this babe I weighed in at only 109.  Sooo...my maternity clothes from then aren't exactly fitting as quickly as they did before.  My friend who does my hair was seriously the most gorgeous, hottest pregnant lady I have ever seen.  So, I'm taking her advice in hopes to survive this pregnancy feeling more "normal" than the last and am buying stretchy tank tops, leggings, and wearing gauchos, dresses, and skirts.  It's working out splendidly and I am super comfortable.  Minus the 100 degree weather.

Gender: Definitely a boy.  No explanation was needed by the ultrasound tech!

Movement: Love it...that is something that never gets old and i always miss when i'm not pregnant.  It's so weird how much more noticeable his movements are than with Ace at this stage...we've been seeing him move for more than a month, now!

Food Cravings: I don't subscribe to the "pregnancy cravings" notion...I mean, we all crave something at some point or another in a given day, right? Pregnant women may just be a bit more demanding assertive when it comes to cravings.  However, sour things have ALWAYS been my fave and are great when I'm nauseous!  I am also loving salads and fruit and frozen yogurt...but that's mostly me and a Georgia summer thing!

What I miss: Nothing, right now.

Sleep: okay, the dreams are freaky.  you don't want to know...or, rather, I want to keep my friends and the few blog readers I have so I won't be sharing.  Am sleeping much better though.

Symptoms: Crazy dreams, fewer and far-between/way less severe nausea, fatigue, random bloody nose, round ligament pain (SO much worse and sooner this time around - OUCH!), and pain from the split bone in my pelvis that never healed up after Ace.  You know, all those "we can't do anything about it now" symptoms.

Best moment this week:  Picking out paint swatches for our master and the boys' room...cannot WAIT to get those walls painted!

What I am looking forward to: my vision for the boys' room coming together...it's a jumbled mess!
