Can I blame it on my out of whack thyroid?! ;-) Our days are full and I am loving seeing how much fun the boys are starting to have together. I guess all it took was Ace seeing that he can make Axl laugh (the boy's like his daddy - QUITE the entertainer)!
A few updates, for record-keeping and funniness:
We don't do naps anymore for Ace. He would definitely still take one, but if he even sneaks half an hour in late morning, he's up until after 9pm. I'll take a few meltdowns and a 7pm bedtime for mama's sanity, please!

After an intense hour-long meltdown one day, I found this in Ace's room. I thought he had gotten quiet(who am I kidding, the entire eastern seaboard knew he had stopped squawking!).
Poor guy...slap worn out!
This sign is new at our pediatrician's office. Pretty sure Ace is the reason they have #'s 3 and 4!
Speaking of our pediatrician...Axl had another ear infection! Dr. L said it was a nasty one, poor guy. But this picture was just a few hours after it was diagnosed. Hadn't even had a drop of pain reliever.
He is seriously the most pleasant, and sweetest baby boy!
We love walking in our neighborhood, and one day while we were walking, a "darling" older lady asked Ace if he was going to climb on "those big rocks." Well, he wasn't, thankyouverymuch, but is now!
Little adventurer in flip-flops.
Here's our wild-child mesmerized by a boy on a skateboard. He told me, "he's showing me how to SKATEBOARDIN,' Mommy!!" Is he a bully for laughing when the kid crashed? He loved the guy's "tricks."
