beautiful love

Unconditional, unbridled, humble, limitless, contagious, enduring, powerful, entirely, and endless.  That's how Norma Floyd loved.  Yesterday, Aunt Norma arrived, pain- and care-free, in the presence of the Almighty(somewhere she longed to be).  Never have I met another who loved as much and as many as Norma did.  She was a beautiful person, in every sense of the word.  Her life was characterized by her love of Jesus, joy, love for and of others, compassion, graciousness, selflessness, faithfulness, kindness...the list could go on forever.  I told my mom last week, if it was humanly possible for a heart to "hold" babies, there wouldn't be an orphan on earth because of Aunt Norma.  I'm having a hard time thinking of someone I've ever met who is sweeter or more precious or more giving than Aunt Norma.  Our lives are fuller and more lovely because she was a part of it.  Our hearts ache for her presence, but the world is a more loving place because she was here, and she loved.  Heaven is, no doubt, even more beautiful now that she's there.  Cancer took her from us far too soon, but her legacy of love lives on in us and all of the lives she touched while she was here.  We love you, Aunt Norma.  70 years just wasn't long enough...
so glad baby Ace got some precious Aunt Norma loving.
